This basket-shaped yakitori dish is made by the owner, who has trained for many years at a long-established yakitori restaurant.We use Tosa Binchotan charcoal, one of the three major Binchotan charcoal types.Charcoal made from burnt oaks, including Quercus phillyraeoides from Kochi Prefecture.It is said to be of high quality, has the aroma of fine charcoal, and is cooked to perfection medium rare. With its addictive texture and flavor, it is a masterpiece that you will definitely want to return to.
